F*%$ B*llocks C*$%ing Speedbump!!!!!!


I am not having a good time right now, wen't over a speedbump on belstead road and ripped off the end of my exhaust, dunno If i'm gonna be able to make the speedfreaks ball now in the truck, I might have to take the Mazda :(


I now have a down pipe connected to a silencer, connected to........... a stump!!!. If I can find a straight pipe to clamp on I should be ok!! off to the scrappies on Saturday to see what I can find! or there is a shop in Ipswich that has a cherrybomb so I might buy that to stick on! bring the noise!!!!  


why is it always me!!! and why the f*%$ did I decide to go down a road with speedbumps anyway!!! C^%$ing speedbump, B^£!£$d driver!!! Broken F&^%ing pipe!

Buy a bit of scaffold pipe and hang that out the back. Twill be fine and dandy.

Scaffold pipe will be fine, or.......Ive got the silencer that used to be on the Pop when it was running the V6 if thats any use to you?

Thanks for the offer.  Luckily my mate who made my new downpipe is going to get me a length of 304 Stainless pipe so I should be able to clamp that on.  He's also sorting my gearstick for me as when I tried to bend it I ripped my dads Vice off his workbench He was not happy!

if you're still planning to lower it, tuck the exhaust up as close to the floor as you can, otherwise you won't even get out of the drive.

That was only because the part of the driveway you'd parked the Rapier on is much lower than the rest and there is a heck of drop in levels between the driveway and the road.  That was why the caravan grounded there when you tried to park it on the same bit of the drive.


Anyone got a cement mixer we could borrow one weekend to solve this?
