Be careful, i insured my Minor van with them in January and sold it on July 3rd. I phoned to cancel then sent the policy in. Then i cancelled the Direct Debit for my monthly payment. The other day i got a bill from a company called Amber Credit for 1 months payment + £15 admin fee. I called up Sureterm and had to re-cancel it as they say they didn't recieve the policy back (funny that), i'll give them there due though they said that if i sent in my e-bay sales invoice they may be able to back date it - fair enough. So then i phoned Amber Credit who didn't want to know the situation they just wanted there money no matter who's **** up it was. So, after a big row i've had to pay them some money and will owe them more if Sureterm dont sort it out quick (which i'm sure they wont). The annoying bit is that i recommended them to the buyer so they are getting he's money as well! So be warned, they're a bunch of con men. DONT USE THEM
