Will keep updating this as i do stuff.


Lowered the front yesterday, nice and low. Waiting for blocks to be delivered so i can do rear.


Tinting windows today.............yellow!


Will be getting paint this week, hope to fit bamboo next weekend and start paint prep.

Got the back down today and painted wheels white. Why white? Cos its the only Air Arsol can i had.

Thanks to Oldskool and his friend Sarah, i've now got a nice shiny set of wheels on the car..............Simon always says i'm a jammy B*****d and i think he's right this time, they look the nuts! Cheers Mark.


Note the yellow back door glass, what dyu think? Will be doing the rest of the glass soon.........Its always going to be sunny in my car.

Wheels look good.  Not sure on the tint. Cant tell untill the paints done!

Wheels look fapping ace!!! Think the yellow tint will look sweet especially with the other planned mods.

Yellow windows?




What ju fink?


Measured the height from ground to sump today, 2 inches, maybe its too low?

don't be silly, theres no such thing as too low!


my manta was so low i had to park it on the road outside because it wouldn't get up the slope into my drive!


theres a simple formula,the bigger the balls, the lower the car! (best keep a spare sup in the boot though)

Wheels look great, unconviced by the yellow tints, really not my thing, but will have to see as it goes on if they look better with the other mods.

Front is 2 splines which is about 3 inches + i've now fitted 13" wheels and 70 series tyres which brings it down a bit more probably about 4.5inches in total. Rear is 1.5inch lowering blocks + lower profile tyres about 2.5 - 3 inch total. Its ok but you do have to avoid bumps and man holes.
