THE EAST COAST PIRATES ARE HOLDING OUR 3rd CAR SHOW AT THE FLIXTON AIR MUSEUM ( OFF A143 BETWEEN BUNGAY AND DISS ) ON SUNDAY MAY 8th 2011, THERE IS PLENTY TO DO AND SEE, OVER 50 AIRCRAFTS ON DISPLAY, THEMED BUILDINGS, CAFE, SHOP, FREE PARKING, AND FREE ADMISSION, ETC, A VERY GOOD ALL DAY VISIT, WE ARE THINKING OF MEETING AT GILLINGHAM ROUNABOUT ( Mc DONALDS ) AT AROUND 9am, AND LEAVING THERE FOR 9.30ish TO ARRIVE AT THE MUSEUM FOR 10am PARK UP AND ENJOY, SOME OF US WILL BE CAMPING OVER THE WEEKEND TOO, IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN BEFORE THIS IS A MUST !!! THE MUSEUM SURVIVES ON DONATIONS, SO IT WOULD BE GREAT IF WE ALL COULD CONTRUBUTE TO THIS, SO BRING YOU SUN GLASSES, AND PIC NIC, FOR ANY FURTHER INFO GO TO http://www.aviationmuseum.net , OR 01986 896644, ALL CLASSICS/ YANKS / HOT RODS / BIKES AND SCOOTERS ARE INVITED, WOULD BE GOOD TO FILL THE AREA, CHEERS FOR NOW STEVE...........http://www.eastcoastpirates.co.uk

oh yeah! - highly recommend this venue - went there last year with the P5 club - while we were there a spitfire buzzed over on a training flight - fantastic day -

Hi chaps, would be great to finely meet you Martin, and to see Dell again after a good while, hope a few of you could make it, it,s a good day out all in all, cheers for now Steve.
PS we are holding two very big events on Gt Yarmouth seafront again this year ( 3rd July and 21st aug ) will include a santa pod dragster, band , bbq, sun sea and sand & loads of various motors etc, will keep everyone informed.................

doh, car now broken. hopefully be fixed by time this rolls around I hope.

carb is F*cked I think , brass unions are leaking as is the float chamber, and I think the gaskets are shot. just need to find a rebuild kit for a solex and new fuel lines :(

Could well be up for this now im happy with the way the Zodi is running and will add a  few miles on the clock to help with the running in of the engine!

Not fixed enugh to bring, but going in the modern to have a look and get some ideas / a mojo boost

Thanks to all that turned up, it was great to see you again, and i,m glad you enjoyed the food in the Buck Inn, will keep everyone imformed about the big shows we are doing in July and Aug ( Yarmouth seafront ) heres a few more pics from today
