I reckon Alex will want to keep as is for now as it is her daily runner.
Starting after Xmas there`s a long list of snagging to do to bring her (the car,not Alex) up to spec.all the usual stuff needs a looky at,I havn`t been underneath yet as when we looked at her there was a foot of snow all round.
The main thing is she stops n goes in a straight line.......starts on the button too.
With a car like this you can spend as much as you want to, but then you can`t leave it anywhere or outside in the rain. I maintain that you can have as much fun with a ratty look that needs the following.......... a blow over in a fetching shade of satin black,heater,carpet,soundproofing,cills re-fitted,doors re-aligned,weatherstripping,webasto roof repaired/replaced,bonnet re-aligned,exhaust re-hung,plumbing .Un- leaded head. etc etc as the bloke with a condition 1 concours
And the silly grin I`ve got is now starting to hurt my face.

Long Story Si, I'm gonna be out of the old car game for a while though. Things got in the way. Just glad it's gone somewhere it'll get the attention it deserves, loved that little thing :(
I`m startin` to get a tad pissed off with this car,it`s nearly at the stage of becoming a donor for another Herald. The only trouble is.........there`s nuffin` worth donating
