just want to have a moan about pre-booking as it seems to be the way this year there does'nt seem many local shows at the moment you can just turn up to
or is this my imagination??

Can be a pain in the arse, especially if you find out late that an event is on, but several events have been pre-book only for a few years now. The Felixstowe Run has been since the early 1990's due to the large number of people that would just turn up on the day and the lack of space at Felixstowe and the entry restrictions. So in that case I can fully understand the reasoning behind pre-book only, especially having been involved with the run on both sides.

But you have your rant, I totally understand. smile.gif
