A flattering mugshot of your good-self in OSR this month Mr Elmo. Always looks brill at the HR drags but must admit I've never been. Won't promise but hoping to get to the diner Sunday.

Well dunno about this one,
Got there about 1pm to what looked like the makings of a good afternoon. Queued a bit to order food and drink, £3-50 for a bleedin bacon roll!! know I can be tight but christ I thought that a bit rich or is it just Essex? anyway a tenner for  roll a burger and two hot chocs, they know how to charge for sure, then waited half hour to get them. Scoffed the food to go look round outside and all but three cars had already gone and two of them were about to go. Might have been the sight of dark clouds I dunno but that was it, waste of time me finks and doubt I'd do it again. Interesting ride home following Mark thro' the monsoons and hail storm, ah the great british weather, don't ya luvvit!
Always a pleasure Mark, seeya soon mate.

Bumps..

Yeah, that place is starting to get a bad rep with the local bikers, expensive and long wait. alast time someone i know walked down to mcdonalds and walked back and his friend who waited their still hadn't been served. Prices are a bit crazy too.

At least you lot had a roof over your heads!

Got home soaked to me undies. Not the best day for the inaugural 2009 run for the Harley doh
Bumper had to to pull me boots off and water poured out of them no
Draggin Jeans keep the wind out but not hailstones and driving rain. Knew I was in touble when just before the Colchester junction a cold wet feeling seeped under the seat cry

As for the menu, best order is the English brekkie at £4.95ish

But as for an American Diner - they need to de-Brit it big time.
They really need to sort out their market focus and identity, not even a thick shake or donut in sight shrug.gif

Hey Buz, good to meet you both yesterday, Mark (the other one) is such a charmer, he never got round to introducing you so I just had a look at your website., well cool I like that. The black Caddy on your site was local to me at one time, nearly bought it myself. Like your collection of vehicles too, especially the VDub. Yes enjoyed the cruise home, Luke my son had wet feet by then the rain was pushing up thro' the floor!! At least my wipers kept going, they've been known to give up after a few minutes, got too many drafts to worry about misting up inside but it can happen. Maybe catch up with you both at the B52 show.

Bumps....
