guinness once a week simone wont do much harm. guinness also has less calories than lager and bitter so its the best beer to drink wink

ha ha, no, i got the info from a calorie counter online. stella is worst at 250 per pint, ordinary lager is around 220, bitter averages just below 200 and guinness is 180. yum yum i'll have so much iron in me tommorow night i'd better keep away from any magnets! ha ha
