I get worried when people talk about cars being show cars. The image of trailer queens pop up in my mind and that the car is only taken to shows, not used like most of the cars on here.
i uses to have my own bodyshop and the boy racers were the best customers spent all there money, did a corsa with a wailtail spoiler once the bad part i had to drive back to him

I had two XR3i's and three RS Turbos and they all dissapointed me big time. An i was only in me 20s when i had em. I went straight back to what i knew best, Cortinas, Capris, Monzas, Rover V8s etc. Rear drive and great fun for little money. Then it was Jags....ooooohhhh me Jags......memories of the fondest kind....mmmmmmmm...

Theyre ok dont get me wrong, but slow and tinny. I expected so much more from all the hype, especially from the RS Turbo, but they just didnt feel that quick. My Mitsubishi colt turbo i had, now that was another story. Ugly bloody fing it was but with a 1600cc turbo injection engine in a car the size of a metro it was hilarious. My best sleeper was my Mk5 Cortina wiv a 2.1 pinto wiv loads of other mods includin twin 40s. Went like a fooker.
