OMG brought another Bug again again

Hi all,

its struck me again, i found her and had to buy her!!

Another mid sixty's beetle
Knocked the back end down by 2 splines over the weekend,
Picking up the lowered spinndles this weekend from Brum to get the front down to match.
found a rear towel rail bumper, looking for a cheap front one.

drives well ( for a Beetle) going to try  and keep hold onto this one as its my favour colour on bugs.

Would love one, maybe when the A40's done will see how things go, would like a Baja style or a wizard roadster, Although I do get wood everytime i go to the copdock bikeshow and see the American Style trikes with the Dub aircooled engines all shiny and chromed up !!

I know, not the caddy is hard to work on, but Beetles bits are so cheap and a handfully of spanners qill do everything,

Cheap to run look so cool the biggest let down is rust but thats it.

I know every tool i need (couple of sockets, 3 spanners and a screwdriver) to get the engine out an just get on with it. Thats the good thing about me bug truck, just like a buggy the engine is hangin outside an takes seconds to get out without jackin the car up at all. Superb.
