im gona be gettin stuck into the little van big time over winter,want it back out for march next year,just bought a toyota crown but thats for later ha!ha!
got back into action again today getting me zody done. steve is helping me get her done, but we keep adding jobs to the original list! should be real nice when done tho. Also got a few jobs i want to do to the consul, rub her down and give her a few fresh coats of satin plus refit some of the missing chrome and refit the rear door handles.
I really fancy a bug!!! Part of me thinks I should have grown out of them by now, but part of me still loves them!!
When I was into them with Mitch and Fitzy in the '80's everything was cal look, but I really like the look of these low ratted air cooled. Always wanted a ratty lowered variant!!!
I might get one when the pop is finished in 2020!!
mmm, i've got a bit of a soft spot for beetles too, i very nearly bought one in the summer, it was a rat ride with a tuned motor and loads of spares, i got outbid in he dying seconds on evilbay. i wasnt sure how much room there was inside but steve can get in them so i've got no probs!!
