we gotta have our own christmas run again, didnt do it last year but i fink we should definatly get it on this year. meet down flixstowe sea front, ALL round bods for a mahoosive bbq, gallons of beer and burn outs on his driveway! biggrin

Every year Mike & I say we'll do the Brass Monkey and every year something comes up, either one of the kids is poorly or it snows or car problems. weirdface

Bumper & Digger went this year (or should that be last??), froze their bits & pieces, but had a great time.

When's the Brass Monkey run?? Where is it from/to? is this something you guys usually do?

Are we having a separate Xmas run?? Anyone decided?!!

Brass Monkey Run is on the 28th of December.
goes from Brandon to wells next-to-the-sea with a stop at Swaffham Waitrose.

we leave Brandon at 10 am to get to Waitrose in Swaffham for about 10:20ish am and leave there at 11 am to arrive at Wells Next-to-the-sea at noon.

Every year Sniper & I have said we'd like to do the Brass Monkey and every year one of the kids has been poorly. Last year Bumper & Digger went along, got froze and had a great time. Unless I'm wrong, no-one else from these shores has been.

There was a great write up in Custom Car a few months back about this run and they get some quailty rods turn up, some coming from quite a way away.

Fingers crossed norovirus or flu doesn't strike us down...........

I fink we should turn this thread back to what it was started as 'the flixstow chrimbo run'.
I think someone needs to kind of take charge of organising what we are doing and where we are going when we get there because last time we went no one really knew what was going on and this led to 1 or 2 needless arguments.
I fink we need some ideas where to go etc now.
someone level headed like Dell perhaps?
