Pricing.....

As we are not a proper club with funds etc, its difficult to try and make a profit and I think the turn out last time was so good because the show was free.  I think we should stay free if we can.  Is the diner still a members only bar?  Russ told me last time he might have to charge a membership fee for people to get in. Again Steve, could you check that.  Could he do an honoury days membership that is free, hopefull he will make enough on the day to cover that as well.

I know Russ had a brilliant days trading last time, but I don't know how much of that is profit.  If he can pay for the band etc and that is the main part organised! 

I think Russ could do with a Marquee/bbq outside to order food from.  The bar was qued out the door last time, which upset some folks!!!  So if we can keep the bar and food ordering seperate, it might help.

Mitch and I were asked last time to organise a cruise into Southend after the show.  Not sure about you, but I think that might be a bit much.  people can go into town if they want to after the show.

free entry sounds good to me Simone, why not just have a collection pot for people to put into volanterily (sorry cant spell) and send the cash to the immigration office and hopefully send some of the scrounging rapists back!
As for a cruise to Southend, i dont think that would work timewise and doesnt interest me anyway.

Spoke to Russ today, he is good for the April fools meet,
Sat 4th is Ok or do want to do Sun 5th
If he can get an idea on numbers he can either put more staff behind the bar or a tent outside, he can do food inside or out, again pending on numbers.
The membership fee is only a £1, this is something we can think about at the moment.
and also happy to have a band on site again pending on number will depend on how its funded.
