Here are some reminders for this weekends car show:

Please note that all people over the age of 9 need a photo id to be allowed on base. Please dont think they will be lenient on this and try and chance it.
If you bring passengers that are not listed on the original list that went up, they will not be allowed on, no exceptions. (this is for those who do not normally have access to the base)
As stated before, there is a taco bell and various other places that you can purchase food from beyond the bbq that will be happening at our lot, however, due to stringent conditions that they have given me, you will need to come let me know that you want to go and I will secure you an escort to go with you to purchase your food, then escort you back to the parking lot (this is for those who do not normally have access to the base). Reasoning behind this is you will have no pass on you verifying that you are on base legally. I have ESCORTED access for everyone needing it, however that means you have to be escorted anytime you leave the community center (you are free to use the coffee shop and everything inside our building without letting us know). Apparently last year there was a big problem with this, so they will be taking notice this year.
PLEASE make sure you are at the gate between 0900 and NLT 1030 (for the people who do not have access) and at the Parking lot NLT 1045 (for those that already do have access). The parking lot will close at 1045 and will not re-open until 1500. You will check in with the my head volunteer at the gate, and you will check your passengers in with him as well. He will show you where you need to have the car searched and will show you where the escort is waiting. While having it searched, the cops will also check your name and passengers identification to ensure everyone is who they say they are! You will follow the escort to our parking lot where a volunteer will tell you which row and spot you are slotted for. We have moved people from the last schematic I sent out due to drop outs and additions. Those who have access, just to come to our back parking lot (the opening past the commissary in front of the dorms) NLT 1045 and my volunteer will tell you where to park!
