Yes I'm going laughing girl, did suggest to Mike we travel up together but he thought I'd want to go at the same speed we went to Thurston. I blame Digger for that one. If you want a leisurely cruise up together on friday a.m. sometime PM me. All down to the weather tho' bbc say heavy rain again next friday so see how the week progresses. If weather is bad I will either not bother at all or see how sunday looks and choose between Billing and Mersea.

Hope everyones having fun this weekend, BBQs!! what.. too soggy for ya.

Been in contact with someone who lives on-site at Billing. He says that last night absolutely torrential rain fell there, resulting in flooding of nearly all the show fields.

The weather between now and the weekend in the area looks mixed, so we could be talking very wet fields again.

Shades of last year :>(

Well it was in deed a muddy one! Parts of the show field looked more like a paddy field, but still everyone kept smiling in true rodder style.

Was great to see everyone that went: Jerry, Ness & family, the UK Kustoms crowd etc etc..

Got home safely and without a repeat of last year.

Photo's later, once I've removed the mud from everywhere!

Here's a couple of photos:

Show and shine field Saturday morning

Later on Saturday when the sun came out.

Yes the site at Billing isn't the best, with poor drainage (unlike Trinity Park) but it's the cars and the people that make the show.

If you lot are nice to me, I'll post some more tomorrow. If you can't wait that long have a look on the NSRA and Retro Rides forum's.

Yes Fi we're home safe!. Luke's Festa made it OK just cut out a few times at roundabouts etc. Me caravan towed a treat and thanks Sniper for being 'tailgunner' on the way up, enjoyed the cruise with you. Was soggy there but the atmosphere is always brill, even had mud wrestling outside the bar on sat. night! back there again in a fortnight.
