Want to make my hillman go a little better, its currently got a 1600 in it and i wanna upgrade to 1725, overdrive box might be nice too. If not just a weber conversion for my 1600 will do for now. And maybe a servo for it.biggrin.gif

Have you tried the 1725 forum and maybe even the Humber's one, as the Sceptic engine would fit.

Mitch, apparently there is or was a load of mark1 Sceptic spares on Ebay including an override box. Don't know if there's an engine as well as I got an email from Scoot, who isn't far from where the car is. wink.gif If you manage to get anything let him know. (I've got his email address if you need it.)

Hi Mitch a chap near me has a hunter for breaking, don,t know too much at the moment but as far as i know it,s complete, will try to keep you posted, fingers crossed, Steve..........
