i've got a clutch that only bites once you've took your foot off and placed it back on the floor for a couple of seconds, i've got half a dozen flat spots that turn up as and when they like , making it a pig to drive , and i've got people coming for dinner ,but i'm still hopeing to make it along. weirdface

i took the master and slave cylinders of the ruddy zephyr and the master was fine but i'm gonna change the rubber bits anyway. the slave however is siezed which i'm pleased about as it means the clutch is probably ok smile

having said that, i have a few flat spots on it and i noticed a small amount of oil bubbling from under the head where the gasket is! there is also water coming out of the exhaust but it runs cold (prob got no thermostat) and runs well once i'm going so hopefully it ok. i'm gonna buy a head gasket set and do it but prob not til after Yarmouth. i'm not gonna make feeble excuses i'm gonna make it to Yarmouth!! smile

SOME OF OUR MEMBERS ( EAST COAST PIRATES ) WILL BE THERE FROM AROUND 10.00AM TO MEET AND GREET ETC, JOYLAND FUN FAIR WILL BE OPEN FROM 12.00 I BELIVE, AND THEY WILL BE PUTTING ON A BBQ TOO, HOPEFULLY REASONABLY PRICED, I HAVE BOOKED GOOD WEATHER ASWELL, THERE,S PLENTY TO DO / SEE AND MANY PLACES TO EAT INC THE DINER, SO BRING THE KIDS TOO, WHEN YOU ARRIVE THERE SHOULD BE SOMEONE TO PARK YOU ETC, SEE YOU ALL SOON AND LOOKING FORWARD TO THE MEETING.............CHEERS STEVE.
