i know how i would feel in your  shoes , and i appreciate your head is off your shoulders at the moment,so my advice is dont suffer alone .
i'm sure you have people nearer to you to call on but if you find yourself on the east coast , i have the time ( shift work allowing )to listen.

Just an update.Thanx for all the support guys and gals.Stepdad is home now,working career is over but if he takes it easy there,s no reason why he cant have a lengthy retirement.Him and my mum are gonna spend as much time as they can doing the things they enjoy. Thanx again
