That movie clip is from a series of 3 cult movies here in Australia- these are called Mad Max 1, 2 and 3. Alot of the first two mad max movies were filmed in a place called Sunbury, which is the other side of Melbourne. These also have Mel Gibson in all of them too....... probably why they are so cool!
I can send over copies for you if you like of all the movies! I am not surprised to see it on You Tube, they are really great movies! The other cult movie was running on empty, this was a movie about street racing and has some nice Australian and American muscle cars in it.
