Ive always liked them, they remind me of the old P1800 Volvo. This time im definitely looking for something i can modify. Quite fancy another Cortina or maybe an Anglia. There was a decent Cortina for sale on Retro Rides forum but i think i upset the vendor so i left it. Cant beat an old Ford really, nice and easy to work on/get spares. I shall keep my beady peepers open for something along those lines, especially an old shape P100. Anyone got anything cheap laying about needing a LITTLE work? Im not a fkn mechanic ya know! heheheh...

Understatement of the Millenium!! It's getting worse as well, a shame because there are some nice guys on there. I'm thinking of collating some of the more anal threads and sending them off to Pseud's Corner in Private Eye!!!

No offence taken NMR I was basically pisstaking my Scimmy. It apparently needed nothing, but ended up wanting plenty Still love them though. I just thought if the 'Tina was MOT'd you'd get a lot more for it. I may come back to you on it but ive got a Merc to look at in Maldon and its soooooo cheap i need to have a look and get it out of my system. Its a 300SE, full MOT, tax, history, leathered up, new tyres, 2 owners in luvverly nick. £650!!!! I was after a 500SEL but it was sold before i got to look at it.
