Well who would have thought 22 years ago when a couple of spotty mods started Turtlespeed scooter club, we would have ended up with this!!!
We would like to say a few thank you's. Firstly to Russ at the B52 club for letting us use the diner. He also arranged the stalls and bouncy castle! Russ is more than happy for anyone to pop in when in Southend and say hello, just mention Turtlespeed!
A big thank you to all of Turtlespeed for their support and to all the other clubs for making the trek down. I know some people where up all night trying to get their cars finished in time and it was appreciated. We would like to thank the kids for directing traffic and Andy Berry and Shrek and his family for manning the main gate. We would also like to thank Mr Bowtie for taking the pics for us, he got well over 200. I would also like to thank him for standing next to me all day and making me look slim!!!
Russ also asked me to pass on his thanks to the member of Turtlespeed who introduced himself as the 3rd person who organised the show along with me and Mitch, we are not quite sure what you did, but at the next show i'm sure we can find a special job for ya!!
For anyone not happy....face....bothered!! What do you want for nothing!!! It was free!!!
