Got an E mail to-day from the prime minister............signed Mr B Liar

I drive 40K a year on business...  as do others in business,so,we`ll just put the prices up..

Yesterday I went into town n had to pay £5 into a meter for 45 minutes n an extra £8.00 for the C charge .

I do 75k a year and think I pay to much now!!!

In mayfair I had to pay congestion charge and the meter was £3 for 15 mins and I wont tell you how much the ncp was!!
