Need some Advise please!!!

NEEED HELP PLEASE!!! on the way home from the Nostalgia Nats my Prop shaft ripped out!
Ive attached some photos to help explain as I'm not very mechanicly minded!
My questions are...

(A) Can I just re-bolt the propeller shaft to the cuppling? (think that's what its called) as I will be only stretching the prop about an inch! Or will I need a new Rear Universal Joint (Brush type)

(B) And  does anyone know where I could get a replacement rear Universal Joint (Brush type tried Speedspares and no joy.

Matt, if the prop needs a new u/j you should be able to get one or order one from brown bros on the widford ind, estate
the prop should be ok to bolt to the axle but if to short find a local engineering shop to make you up a spacer which will do the trick
hope this helps   Mark

I agree with Mark. If the UJ failed then replacing it will be fine. If it failed because the prop is to short and it had been stretched before, then you need a spacer. A local engineer will knock one up for pence!!
