A good friend of mine whom I go drag racing with had a nasty scare on the weekend His boy Jed was racing his Pop for the first time and even though he pulled off a very respectable 11s he lost control and crashed into the side! Luckily Jed is fine but was understandably shaken up and upset. Ive heard that Rays (Jed's dad) wheel standing antics that have entertained the crowds for years have now come to an end as the pop is a right off but Mark his cousin tells me that his son has vowed to rebuild the pop and use as much of the original as possible. So here's some tribute videos to Rays pop and hopefully we will see it again in the future!
