triumph Dolomite 1500 Auto

I bought this a few weeks back to drive over the winter while the truck's off the road, but cant stop driving the truck so there's no point owning it!
Want £500 for it.
GOOD POINTS:
23,500 miles. Cant guarantee this but there is a lot of history with it that seems to confirm this.
Loads of history! Original bill of sale, loads of bills all from the place that the car was originally from.
Tax till end of Feb 2010 and mot till next september.
Interior is like new except a little bit of wear on the carpet.
Fitted with Sprint wheels with excellent tyres, also has original wheels with good tyres.
BAD POINTS
Seriously needs the twin carbs balancing, runs lumpy and seriously slow wont go over 55.
Drove it 100 miles from windsor to essex like this and it was ok.
Got a bit of a rust issue, not that bad yet but a fair bit of bubbling under the paint.
Fuel and temp guage don't work, I'll have a look at this on the weekend don't think thats too serious.
Paint is presentable but for some reason there is a patch of lighter red on the rear wing.

I bought a Red car once - a Sierra estate - pleased as punch, I got it home and presented to the missus: 'honey, our car problems are over!' I said - I wasn't prepared for her reaction:

' I don't like Red cars!'

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! - she wouldn't have it .......... nothing was right about that sweet dear car - all because it was RED! - what a shock - 20+ years of marriage and this! - sold it strauight away of course ..............
