Thanks everyone! He has got some incredible stories to tell!!! Also the facts that are not reported!!!! We only get to hear about the boys that dont make it home, but we dont hear about injurys, which he says are on a scale with the Normandy landings!!!!

He was only home for 2 days before he had to go back out to N. Ireland where he will now be based.

He will be home on the 1st November for 4 weeks so we will arrange to come out for a beer with everyone then!

Jason is a true hero and we all need to buy and wear our poppies with pride for all of those soldiers who have laid down their lives for queen and country this sunday. we went up to greet jay back the other week with si and jo and as the pics on facebook show we all had St.George crosses with us to welcome back  a very brave young man. welcome back jay I would have a drink with you but cant smile.gif

Went to Wales at the weekend for a welcome home party for the famous four!!!!

It was an honour to take them to the cenotaph on sunday morning to lay wreaths and crosses for their 3 mates who didnt make it back from this tour.

Very moving.

One of the brothers flys out in December for 6-8 months and when he is back its not long before our boys go back.......

Please keep supporting the boys....you might not like the politics of why they are in Afghan but please remember that most of the Taliban are not Afghans and you would be surprised how many are british citizens!!! They dont like being there, but they do believe in why they are there!

Lizzie & James are both going to different Remembrance services today, Lizzie will be Christchurch Park and James will be laying a cross on a grave at the Cememtry.

Last night we were talking about Armistice Day and James said we are saying thanks to our Service men & women that are fighting good that at his school they are also thinking about todays soldiers, sailors & air personnel.
