Well not long now, Sunday 1st of March I believe so expect the usual suspects will be going. Anyone thinking about it maybe for the first time?. Always feels like a season opener for me, meet up with people you haven't seen all winter, look for that elusive part or just grab that impulse buy bargain.Either way it's a great day out, always bet on ****e weather or at least fekin cold but wouldn't miss it for the world. Anyone doing a stand this year? seen MrP and Digger peddling 'ol toot in the past! May seeya there.

NSRA spring (southern) swapmeet is held at the Arena Essex banger track which is just out back of Thurrock sevices Essex. Mainly rod/ yank parts but Chucky and co found a few good Brit parts and general bits and pieces. I've heard weight watchers are having a stand this year selling lots of recipes and giving out free slimming advice so suggest you go if only for that. It's open to anyone and its pay at the gate, ( dicount if an NSRA member)trading starts at 10am but there'll be a queue from about 9. Some people travel from all over and stay closeby the night before, there is a cafe on site which will be open early for breakfasts but only serve full fat everything so give that a miss. Cafe is ok but the burger van prices sting a little.

hello mark i was going to leave clacton 7.30 ish will have some leaflet with me should get there about 8.30 ish ( hope this is early enough) will be in my daily truck

Put 130 leaflets under wipers, mainly Rods Customs, Yanks,Vw etc.. at the swap meet today. Its a start.
Well done Steve, if i had'nt have double booked meaning i missed the swap meet, i would have give you a hand...honest! If you are a the Black horse Wednesday i'd like some leaflets to distribute if possible, i havnt got a printer so cant print my own.
