i hate skool so much i got suspened from skool for a week all because i refushed 2 take my trainers of cos i spraned my ankle then they told me 2 go 2 icerlation (sorry carnt spell) and i refused to go there 4 not takin my shoes of thats why i'm suspended and thats why i hate skool wot shoud i do HELP!!!
me thinks that you should go back to school and get some more education as this will do you good when you finally leave school an get out in the world to work (not unless your plans are to be a druggie layabout)
I would go back and re -take English spelling. You will need it in any interveiw you have when you leave.
You should certainly go back to school and brush up on your spelling! If you really want to be a mechanic, you will need qualifications before any decent garage will offer you an apprenticeship. I hated school as much as anyone when i was there and could'nt wait to leave but how i wish i had tried a bit harder when i was there now! But of course at 15 you know better than any 40+ year old!!
But of course at 15 you know better than any 40+ year old!!
isn't that always the case!
im 17, left school and now in college studying mechanics..
you may not like school what so ever, but its the most beneficial thing that will happen to you in my opinion.
i wouldn't of got to the situation that im in if i acted like that in my school. i would probably be sitting around with some low paying job and being bored out of my head. when instead, i've got college 3 days a week, and on the spare 2 days.. i'm usually busy working on my cars or doing college work, and it now looks like im going to have a work placement for at least one of those two days.
my advise from being in you're position: sit down, shut up, and pay attention... get the decent grades.. and then you're on your way. you need to sympathize with the school and although it may seem stupid what they ask you to do, if you don't do it, you're screwing up you're education... i'm not saying be a goody goody or what ever, cause everyone needs some fun.. but it isn't big, nor clever to start an argument with a teacher. just makes you look a bit of a **** to most..(not meaning to be harsh or what ever... just trying to help

Very wise advice from one so young Liam! Good on you for taking the time to answer Reece's questions and to share your experiences!
I hope Reece sees your reply and takes your advice on board!
It doesn't matter how old you are, you will always come across people in 'so called' authority be it a teacher or a future boss and you may not agree with what they say or ask you to do... but learning to bite your tongue and just get on with it for the greater good is very sound advice!!
Other people have also highlighted the importance of getting the best education you can, also great advice. A person wanting to be a mechanic will have practical and theory tests, so you may be brilliant at all the 'hands on' stuff and showing the teachers what you can do. But if you don't have good reading & writing skills you may fail the exams... and we don't want to see that happen!!
Are you back at school now Reece?? How are you getting on?!
thanks every one i have listen to every thing that all of you have said i will do my best to get on with my education thank you for your help and by the way jill i'm back at school now yeah its a lot better now thanks thank you evey one
