I think the venue was good. We wont find a better place with parking, with a diner etc and so car friendly.

The problem is that me and Mitch now have different jobs and cant put the time into organising a show like we did last time, thats why we missed this year, we can help but can't do it all..............over to you guys!!!!

i should be available to help out, anyone else???

What needs to be done? I've got some time to help.

I'm happy to do my share of whatever is needed to be done.

Are we ok for getting the flyers printed as i may know someone who could sort this if not

if there is no charge then i would be happy to ask, and fund shrek to print the flyers. As well as Mitch im a friend of Russ of the B52 and can help there.

Steve, can you firstly speak to russ and get a date and find out if he is putting on a band (if so who) and BBQ etc.

Mitch do you still have the facility to do the artwork etc and signs etc. I have my cutter, but only black vinyl.....between us can we do the signs?

Ian, if mitch supplys the artwork in the correct format, can you print the leaflets.

I will do my thing on the forums, websites etc

All members, will need to hand out leaflets, or get what I did last time and get my kids to hand out leaflets at as many custom, classic and VW shows.  We had a good response from the dubbers last time.  Also bikes and scooter clubs.

On the day, we need people to help put directions signs up etc and most important we need help parking the cars.

We need to mark off a public parking area as well.  Last time Mitch and I made it up as we went along, so we need a plan. 

We arranged a meet at a pub in Chelmsford to discuss a show last time and I think there was only 4 of us there, so this time any questions or ideas, just post them.  I am going to make a new  catagory for all show posts etc.

Thats a start!!!

i can get there same time as dell and do car park. i can get hi vis vests too!

I'll help out in any way I can.  I'll drop some flyers off at shows and other places such as hepcat tattoos and the southern jiver's club. I could also ask a friend who arranges for bands at bars n clubs as well if need be?
