Cars that got away!!!

Open to all, like everybody whats the one car that you wish you never sold?

For me it was a 1977 Pontiac trans Am,  6.6 V8 4-speed hurst Manual, brought it from Enfield interior was mint black leather but the bodywork was very rusty, so welded up rear qtr, sill inner w-archs, re-painted Pearl blue, new snowflake wheels and uprated the cam then misses made me sell it to pay for a kitchen and living room carpet  always reset selling her.

I would'nt get that attached to a car cos they are like women in some ways- expensive, temperamental and unreliable!
the only car i've ever been slightly attached to was the pop but i dont regret selling it and may never own another pop again as there are so many different cars out there that i want own.
I do however regret BUYING some cars..... but that's another story. wink

I dont get attached to em. Dont have em long enough to form any kinda bond hehehe.
I often think "right, thats it, im not gettin any younger and workin on em in the garden is killing me so ill keep this one". Then someone offers me pound notes and thats it!!
I can find good things in any car whether it be an Austin All aggro or a Rolls Royce Phantom. I just love cars.

I never regret selling a car, cos it means i can get another one. But i guess the one i have fondest memories of was my tatty black £300 morris minor, i loved it cos it was ****ty and i never had to clean it.
