OK guys, have a few starters for this one, could do with a couple more though. There will be an engraved trophy for best 'Custom Car' (title deliberately open so we can have a variety of vehicles)
As an added incentive I shall be doing a Grand Chilli Cook Off Sat afternoon (I knew that sombrero from Nats 2006 would come in handy )
Entry for the day is free, Humdingers are on in the afternoon
NB if you do want to stay for the beer & entertainment in the evening you are most welcome (The Hamsters are on in the evening), but need to let me know and will be a nominal charge of £6 which goes to the campground as tent pitch fee.
hi ya toots spoke about dropping in sat. although just got to see what happens with work so what would be the latest time to get there ??also what time is the start? if the weathers good i could drive down in me buggy other wise i'll bring along the ford
If you can get there by lunchtime would be good as the bikes get parked up in front of the marquee and Humdingers are on in the afternoon so the crowds gather in the field by then.
Why not come in the buggy and get one of the other guys to drive the Ford (2 chances at the trophy then too )
yes it was my first trophy(probally 1 and only) and this was a surprise as i think there are much better cars though i'm not complaining yippee!!
forgot to say last time a big thanks to toots and bumper for organising the get together with the cars although i was a bit let down that there was no chilli as i was looking forward to that
