The date is as Mark has said: 20th April

You don't have to pre-enter, but if you wish your vehicle details to go into the programme then ....... oh heck, can't find the lady's name & phone number at the moment. I'll post it on here when I can be bothered to do so.

Don't think Jan is doing it any more, but I've found the contact number and will PM Tony the number seeing as he asked so nicely. wink.gif

People do arrive very early, so get there early otherwise you'll be queued up on Lawford Hill. I meanwhile will be marching with my beavers through Ipswich town centre.

Mike & Lizzie are going, they'll be parking up the EAPC again. Chris as far I know is going with his mate Barry. I think Miniboy and a young lad with a Beetle, Trev and the TOGAS. That's all that I know of. (apart from a few from our Humber group.)

I think Edd (Bodie&Doyle) and a few from Retro Rides & Old Skool Retro might be there as well.

I don't think Deuce will be there, neither will Ness or Keith with the Monte as he hasn't finished it yet. Oh and I don't think Pete Cruisecentral will be there either and nor will me and James. wink We'll be marching through Ipswich with our Cub pack & Beaver Colony.

Hope that's of some help to you Chucky.  smile

i'm hoping to be there, in me daily tho cry
its very easy to find Wayne, go thru brantham etc heading for fannytree, past the train station take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and up the hill to the top, turn left at the mingey roundabout and its 2nd left i believe, colchester rd. theres signs up anyway. plus there'l be plenty of broken down leyland cars on route! biggrin

They ideally want people in place by 10.30am, not sure what time it opens to the public. Sniper is talking about leaving Ipswich before 9am, but he parking with another club that has a big display area.

i would get there about half 8/9 if you can. the queue gets very long and they are very badly organised inside getting you parked up! having said that it is a good little show.

had a good time at the show although it was a bit cold to start with but in the afternoon the sun burnt through and brightened the day up.
there was a good turn out of cars of a wide range, even some of what you would call your daily drive
personally speaking the winning car!! well all i can say there were far better cars there but thats my choice (if it was to be a mustang it should have been the other blue one)
forgot to take any pics cry

i had a good day too even tho i didnt have a car there cry
agree with you tho Mark as per show winning car, yes a very nice car but not the show winner in my eyes and i agree that the other blue 'older' mustang was a far better car. there were plenty of quality cars there that could easily have won best in show including a lovely little 1300 princess valium plus which did draw quite a bit of attention! ashamedbiggrin

Oh and by the way, that mustang should never have won. It was an ok car but there were much better cars there. The older blue one with the white stripes was a beauty.
