have you done any mods to your vehicle this winter...will it be ready for the show season???
I have done some engine work this year and hoping to have it ready for Wheels day... spent more than i should have but not as much as i would have liked... Got some big ass heads and enough carbs to put a smile on a chimp...
so lets try and liven this place up a bit....come on, spill it.

Hey Elmo, Always luvved Doris, Ratty was always round mine in it, he used to let my son drive it at shows before he could drive proper!! Glad to see you're still enjoying it and it must now feel 'yours' with all the mods done.Expect the big boy will miss it now he's moved onto greener pastures, hear he's got a Caddy now. Me, always up to something to keep the fleet rolling. Trucks now got a towbar for a teardrop caravan on its way over as we speak. Roadster had a few well a lot of water leak problems which I hope I've sorted, just waiting on the water pump to come back and we'll see. Also changed the headlights, luv the E&Js I had on but they just didn't look right on it but they may well end up on my big winter project which is a '30s panel van. not sure if it will make it this year, but we're hoping to have it at Ips nationals. This project is a big one for me as a friend and I are doing it all between us well less the engine/trans which I had built in the states (also on their way over)Been on it a few months now mainly one or two eves a week and maybe a sat afternoon but hope to do more with the better weather coming. Also house extention taking up a lot of spare time but at least I've got a pit now! I'll keep ya posted as we progress if interested or drop us a line and come over sometime..I might just nik Doris for a nostalgic spin round the block! Bumper....
A typical winter for me as far as progress concerned. a BIG list of jobs for the consul which has just got bigger! for every job i sort i'm finding another one! i'm determined it'll be done in time for Manningtree show tho. As far as the pop is concerned it only needs a few minor jobs which again wernt sorted in the winter, it'll be sorted within the next month or so tho cos i'm gonna sell it
I honestly think if my workshop wasnt 10 miles away from my house that the consul at least would have been done by now!!
