Really stuck here, latest project getting well under way, built and re built in me head and at the scary chopped up unbuilt stage right now. This one's a major build but aiming for the Nats, doing this one at home meself with help from one or two for several reasons anyway question-(I bet Tailspin will know this one - anorak) I want to use ribbed bumpers, I've seen them, guessing they're Ford (US) but what? guessing late '30s but can't find a pic anywhere. Repro probably cheaper and better or even no particular car hotrod ones. GOTTA HAVE 'EM help!!
If no-one here knows, try the NSRA forum. I would think that someone on there might know. I could put on post on the UKK forum if you like, someone like either Mr Koppa or Jesus (yes I know with a name like that.......) might know.
Hi Jerry how goes it mate? Did ya son find what he was lookin for? Im not as educated as you guys when it comes to the american stuff, but i found these piccies and there was something in the caption about "Briz bumpers". Any help?

Luke still running the MK1 Fiesta but always looking for MK2 Escort, MK1 Capri anything that might catch his eye.
You are a clever sausage Stevie! Mike thinks the only place to get them is the States, he's having a cuppa with one of the UKK members today on his way to the Humber club committee meeting in Milton Keynes and said he'll ask him if he knows anywhere else that does them.

We were off to pick up some friends and head over to your end of town for the Ipswich Transport Museum's Christmas Cracker, spent all afternoon riding in old fire engines and buses. Ah bliss, esp the Commer fire engine which sounds super. Just love the big old Rootes engines.
Cor have I been a busy bee, looking through some photo's I noticed that Ade has got simullar ridded bumpers on his Deuce. I know where he got them from....
