engine hoist needed

Has anyone got a engine hoist I can borrow to hold up the 403 block i need to pick up from si s workshop while i attach it to my engine stand so I can start to strip it down?  I can pick it up and drop it back and promise to be gentle. i have a box trailer to load it into. Also has anyone got a decent valve spring compressor i could use toget the large buggers out if the heads as the one i nicked out my old mans garage is just about strong enough for a four pot set of valves.

I'll be there either Saturday or Sunday, Not sure which yet, won't know until Friday.
But the hoist will be there, so just take it if I'm not around on the Sunday.
it looks pretty ancient but it does the job, and lifted a cosworth engine and auto box so should be strong enough!

Thanks for the hoist martin great help. will need to borrow it again mate if thats ok. Maybe in two weeks time.
Got the engine back to mine had to take the flywheel off to get it flush on the stand and one of the bolts on the flywheel rounded off. so out came the grinder!!!!!!!!!!!!1
then I didnt have the right bolts to hold the engine on the stand and one bolt sheared off on the block so. its now on the floor of my garage and I need to drill and re tap the hole ( got a set of taps off andy , cheers matey).
So if ok with you can I have it again??biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin
