Just a warning to those of you who use paypal, i have recieved a couple of emails from 'paypal' informing me that my account was being limited because of use of a suspicious credit card that was connected to my account, i was then given a link and asked to sign in to my paypal account and that i would be given steps to reactivate my account, i did click on the link and it brought up what looks like a genuine paypal page and was asking me to login, now i got suspicious although for a split second i nearly fell for it, but to be on the safe side i logged in thru the usual link i use and there was nothing about any suspicious goings on. i forwarded the email i reiceved to real paypal and was promptly told that it was a phishing email and that they were trying to get my account details!! Just a word of warning in case anyone on here should fall for it as i know some of you are elderly and your minds dont work like they used to!
I never use it after they ripped me off to the sum of 200 quid. They said it transferred into my account but it didnt. They didnt want to know when i complained either. T*ssers. BEWARE OF PAYPAL!!! Its an easy target for scammers/hackers.

I have to be honest, i have never had a problem with paypal and i have used it many times and find it very convinient and secure, but the emails i was getting were not from paypal they were from a con merchant! i would reccomend paypal to anyone
I use paypal with no problems, however my nephew had no end of problems which were all sorted quite quickly. One thing I do is to change my password regularlly.
Mike keeps getting emails from the Halifax telling him that he must contact them via a link etc. We don't bank with the Halifax!!
