Springfield Infant School (James & Lizzies school) in Ipswich are holding their annual summer BBQ on 6th July and as vice chairman I have been asked to make a plea for help.
This year we will be having a Hillbilly theme and are looking to borrow a few bales of straw to sit on and a few hobby horses as we will be having horse races. We are also looking for a band to play for nothing, we had sorted this one out but the band we had booked have disbanded and we sadly don't have the funds availbe to pay. I know it's a big ask, but it is for an infant that need to rise funds.
Also if anyone has gazeboos, American flags or anything else Hillybilly themed we could borrow, we would be most grateful.
