Redneck Bubba's pregnant sister is in a car accident and she falls into a coma, after 6 months she wakes up and see's that she is no longer pregnant, she ask's the Dr about the baby and he tells her that she had twins, a boy and a girl and that they are fine. "your brother Bubba named them for you" the Dr tells her, "oh no not Bubba, he's an idiot!" she says, "what name did he give the girl?" "Denise" says the Dr, "what about the boy's name?" The Dr replies "Denephew!"
