Whilst at the AHRA meet on Wednesday us turtlespeeders were invited to go along to the bum in the mud rally at East Mersea youth camp on Saturday 28th April, the show is actually a bike show but they want some rods/customs/yanks there for the day and have even offered to give a trophy to the best there!
there is music all day and the Humdingers are doing a two hour session between 3 and 5, so could be a good day. 
It normally costs £15.00 to get in but if a few of us go along we will get in for nothing!

I'm up for it, bummer is going...... Nick? Dell? Chris? Mitch? Si? Shrek? Bod? Anyone else? lets get some definates for this cos i think piglet needs to know how many are coming. she has already bought a trophy for best car/dayvan/truck/fing. its free entry dont forget and the humdingers are performing to. biggrin

Yes a great day out, needed a few more cars there but the bike show was fantastic.Our cars were well recieved by the bikers and had crowds round them all day asking questions and taking pictures. Well done Mitch,a well deserved win!.With two brilliant and funny sets from the Humdingers it was a perfect afternoon and a show I would deffo do again next year.

my neighbour went on his 1300 twin and had a ball. loads of west indian tobacco being smoked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! saw some nice bikes cruising back through colchester today.
